At Amazing Cleaning Services, we prioritize the training and development of our team. All our cleaners undergo a rigorous 5-day training program with Mr. Kennerech Maduro, our Assistant Manager & Trainer. During the training, we focus on getting to know the candidates, discussing their motivation and attitude towards cleaning, and providing theoretical and practical training on cleaning residential and commercial spaces in compliance with COVID-19 safety regulations.
At the end of the program, each candidate must complete a theoretical and practical exam. Upon successfully passing the exam, our cleaners receive a certificate that certifies them as fully-trained and capable of providing exceptional cleaning services in residential and commercial facilities. We believe in investing in our team's development, as this enables us to consistently provide high-quality service that meets our clients' needs and exceeds their expectations.
At Amazing Cleaning Services, we take COVID-19 safety regulations seriously and ensure that our cleaners are well-trained in the necessary disciplines to comply with the guidelines. Our cleaners are trained in personal disinfection, equipment disinfection, the proper donning and doffing of PPE equipment such as gloves and face masks, cleaning and disinfecting high-touch point surfaces, proper disposal of garbage, and the correct usage of COVID-19 virus eliminating chemicals. Additionally, our cleaners have also undergone training from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on COVID-19 safety protocols to ensure they stay well-informed of any updates.
We value the professional development of our team and provide general training to ensure that all our cleaners have the necessary skills to provide efficient and effective services. Our general training covers areas such as attitude and emotional intelligence, proper work etiquette, boundaries in the workplace, privacy and discretion, identifying and dealing with different types of harassment in the workplace, lost and found procedures, problem-solving, time management, and general health and safety. Our comprehensive training program prepares our cleaners to provide excellent service while ensuring the safety of our clients and team members.
Amazing Cleaning Services also emphasized training that focuses on building resilience when working in challenging environments. This gives the cleaners the proper tools to deal calmly with situations that might arise (aggressive clients, stress) and to move on from these situations without negative long-term consequences.
Upon request, we can develop and put in action training plans for clients that promote inclusivity and self-sustainability. We look at our cleaning procedures and identify in the cleaning process what we can do together with the clients for them to receive a hands-on training
